General Return Guidelines
- Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as when received.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
- Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used items, including supplements and skincare products, cannot be returned.
Gift cards and special promotional items are non-refundable.
- Return Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at office@katypharmacy.com with your order number and reason for return.
Approval and Instructions: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item(s). Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure a smooth return process.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
